By simply changing your wording you take the focus off of the "feature" and place it on the "benefit".

2) Here is another common mistake done by new marketers. Spending all their time focusing their website on selling to their visitor. What is wrong with that you ask, is that not why you get a website? Yes, and no. Allow me to explain how there can be a yes, and a no, to this question. Yes, you want to have a website to bring traffic to in the hopes of making sales, and therefore more cash online. But, and you knew there was going to be a but. There is an order to the process.

a) Bring in quality traffic to your website.
b) "pre-sale" your traffic for better conversions.

You see, it is the "pre-sale" that creates the "buying" frame of mind, and leads to your better selling and making more money online.

Note: This is why you see so many web pages written about affiliate products. They are using these "review" sites to "pre-sale" their visitors. Whether you choose to be an affiliate salesman, or not, you can still use the same techniques, and all though there are numerous things you can sale online, affiliate items are probably the easiest, and most profitable.

3) Seek out products that are always in high demand. Trendie products can be O.K., but for long term success you need to focus on things that are high demand in the market.

Note: Selling weight loss tips and golfing tips, is a constant money maker online. Millions of dollars are spent every year in just these two areas. But this is a tough market for you to compete in as a new marketer.

There are many ways to determine what is in demand and watching what is being offered on your television, and by listening to your radio advertisements can give you some very useful suggestions.

4) Be prepared to accept payments from your customers. You have followed the steps:

1) Create a marketing plan focusing on "benefits" and drive quality traffic to your website.

2) "Pre-sale" your customers with benefit laden review pages.

3) Focus on selling items that are always in high demand to make the most money online.

4) Make certain that after doing all of this preparation that you are able to accept their payment.
