I started out affiliate marketing with the hope of making tones of cash. I have and continue to do this. But if I had started simply wanting to compliment my income, I would have run into a dilemma. I would have had to be ready to make a huge decision. Do I like the job I have or am I going to take on the money maker full time? Be careful what you wish for.

I was already a business want-to-be. I prepared myself to get out of the work force through years of reading. I was ready with tax information when I became rich, I understood the different types of investments to try after accumulating wealth, and had the vehicle chosen that was going to take me there. Nothing has taken me by surprise. I never had to cross the bridge of struggling to kiss my day job good-bye and say hello to the world of pajamas all day at home. I was ready and planned for it.

When you follow the advice of affiliate marketing gurus, who have had longevity, you will indeed make money if you follow their advice. Go to a few blogs and check out the feedback the gurus are garnishing. The blogs are usually accurate Most people start off with good intentions, but for some reason do not follow through. Honest to goodness all you have to do is enjoy simple reading for a day and then begin a campaign the next. You are guided through this and the money follows. Of course, there is a learning curve, but it is quick and help is at the ready. Anyone who makes a tone of cash at this knows it is great to help another reach this level. There is enough money being passes around out there on the internet for all of us.

However, you must be forewarned... if you do follow through with internet marketing campaigns, you may have to take a long hard look at your life and make some exciting changes.
